Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Marine Corps to bridge RF capabilities with customer requirements. You will help demonstrate the interoperability and field readiness of our StreamCaster MANET radios across expeditionary, littoral, ground, airborne, and unmanned environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. Citizen; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing USMC priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Support planning, configuration, and live field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate to verify architectures are technically sound.
• Maintain alignment with Business Development for technical needs.
• Develop and present technical demonstrations for expeditionary needs.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with technical input.
