Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Marine Corps to bridge RF tech with Marine Corps requirements. You will support field trials, demonstrations, and customer engagements, traveling up to 50% and working remotely where feasible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of experience; OR HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant technical/defense experience.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

Responsabilités

• Analyze USMC priorities and map requirements to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan configurations, field trials, and evaluations with the Applications Engineering team.
• Collaborate to leverage testing data and verify sound architectures.
• Support Business Development and travel up to 50% for field tests and demonstrations.
