Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USMC customer requirements and emerging trends.

Reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering, you will support acquisition stakeholders and demonstrate interoperability of StreamCaster MANET radios across expeditionary environments, with up to 50% travel and a 100% remote option depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• All employment is contingent upon successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USMC priorities and map requirements to RF solutions.
• Support field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to verify architectures are technically sound.
• Maintain alignment with Business Development to support technical needs.
• Build and present technical demonstrations for expeditionary and tactical edge networking.
