Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide training and assistance to users on system equipment and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including OS, internet, and office applications.
• Maintain contact with users to assess training effectiveness and simplify use of software applications.
• Create models, worksheets, and forms to support financial or operational requirements.
• Install and reinstall system hardware/software at worksites.
• Coordinate training center activities and manage equipment and supplies.
