Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Timekeeping and Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate processing of employee time and attendance data for the U.S. workforce, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner within a hybrid work schedule at Morris Plains, NJ.

This role reports to the U.S. Payroll Leader and collaborates with Payroll/HR to deliver compliant pay outcomes, maintain records, and support audits and HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of U.S. time & attendance experience.
• Proven ability to interpret data and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong discretion with confidential information.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure time and attendance processes comply with U.S. state/local labor laws.
• Maintain awareness of working hours, overtime, rest periods, and holidays.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes.
• Support audits and internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate time and attendance records and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter data into the time and attendance system and review records for approvals.
• Provide reports and analytics on attendance and time to stakeholders.
