Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Timekeeping and Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate processing of employee time and attendance data in the United States. The role reports to the U.S. Payroll Leader and operates on a hybrid schedule in Morris Plains, NJ.

You will partner with Payroll and HR to ensure correct pay outcomes, support audits, and maintain records with strict confidentiality. The position requires 3+ years in U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. time & attendance
• Proficiency with time and attendance systems (ADP Workforce Manager preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data for discrepancies

Responsibilities

• Ensure time and attendance processes comply with U.S. state and local labor laws
• Maintain awareness of country-specific rules on working hours and holidays
• Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes based on compliant time data
• Support audits and ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Enter and audit time data ensuring timely manager approvals
• Generate reports analyzing employee attendance and time
