Job summary

Solstice is seeking a Timekeeping and Payroll Specialist in Morris Plains, NJ hybrid role reporting to the U.S. Payroll Leader. You will ensure accurate time and attendance processing for the U.S. workforce and resolve discrepancies promptly.

You will partner with Payroll and HR to compute compliant pay, maintain records, audit data, and generate attendance reports while safeguarding confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. time and attendance experience.
• Proficiency with time and attendance systems (ADP preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure time and attendance processes comply with U.S. state and local labor laws.
• Maintain awareness of country-specific rules on working hours, overtime, rest periods, and holidays.
• Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes from compliant time data.
• Audit and review records and support audits.
• Generate reports and analyze attendance data.
• Provide excellent support to employees and managers.
