Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Timekeeping and Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate processing of time and attendance data for the U.S. workforce. You will partner with Payroll and HR to deliver compliant pay outcomes and support audits, with a focus on accuracy and timely approvals.

The role reports to the U.S. Payroll Leader in a hybrid setting at Morris Plains, NJ, offering a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with time and attendance systems, preferably ADP Workforce Manager
• Minimum 3 years' experience in U.S. time & attendance
• Attention to detail, strong organization, and prioritization
• Ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions
• Discrete handling of confidential employee information
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Excellent communication with employees, managers, and stakeholders
• Experience supporting a multi-state U.S. workforce
• Knowledge of FLSA wage-and-hour regulations

Responsibilities

• Ensure time and attendance processes comply with U.S. state and local labor laws
• Maintain awareness of country-specific rules on working hours, overtime, rest periods, and holidays
• Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes based on compliant time data
• Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate employee time and attendance records
• Resolve discrepancies in time and attendance records
• Verify employee work hours and overtime
• Enter data into the time and attendance system
• Audit time and attendance records for accuracy and manager approvals
• Support HR on various tasks and projects
• Generate reports and analyze attendance data
• Provide excellent support to employees and managers
