Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Timekeeping and Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate time and attendance processing across the United States and to resolve discrepancies. This role reports to the U.S.

Payroll Leader and follows a hybrid schedule in Morris Plains, NJ. You will maintain compliance with labor laws, collaborate with Payroll and HR to deliver correct pay, support audits, and generate attendance reports.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with time and attendance systems and ADP Workforce Manager.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in U.S. time & attendance.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with employees, managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure time and attendance processes comply with U.S. state and local labor laws.
• Maintain awareness of country-specific rules on working hours, overtime, rest periods, and public holidays.
• Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes based on compliant time data.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee time and attendance records.
• Resolve discrepancies in time and attendance records.
• Verify work hours and overtime.
• Enter data into the time and attendance system.
• Audit records for accuracy and timely approvals.
• Support HR with tasks and projects.
• Generate reports and analyze attendance data.
• Provide excellent support to employees and managers.
