Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Timekeeping and Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate processing of employee time and attendance data for the U.S. scope. You will work with the U.S.

Payroll Leader on a hybrid schedule in Morris Plains, NJ, and support HR and Payroll with data-driven pay outcomes. Required are 3+ years in U.S. time & attendance, proficiency with timekeeping systems (prefer ADP Workforce Manager), and strong data interpretation, discretion, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with time and attendance systems, preferably ADP Workforce Manager.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in U.S. time & attendance.
• Attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and solution orientation.
• Ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure time and attendance processes comply with U.S. state and local labor laws.
• Maintain awareness of country-specific rules on working hours, overtime, rest periods, and holidays.
• Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes based on compliant time data.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee time and attendance records.
• Resolve discrepancies in time and attendance records.
• Verify work hours, overtime, and other time-related information.
• Enter data into the time and attendance system.
• Audit and review records for accuracy and manager approvals.
• Support HR with tasks and projects; generate reports and analyze attendance data.
• Provide excellent support to employees and managers.
