Qualifications

• Proficient with time and attendance systems (ADP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure time and attendance processes comply with U.S. state and local laws.
• Maintain awareness of working hours, overtime, rest periods, and holidays.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and audit time and attendance records for accuracy.
• Generate reports and provide data insights on attendance.
