Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Timekeeping and Payroll Specialist responsible for accurate processing of employee time and attendance data in the U.S. This role reports to the U.S. Payroll Leader and operates on a hybrid schedule from Morris Plains, NJ.

Key duties include ensuring legal compliance, partnering with Payroll/HR, supporting audits, and maintaining precise attendance records. Requires ADP Workforce Manager experience and 3+ years in U.S. time & attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. time & attendance systems (3+ years).
• Knowledge of state/local labor laws and wage regulations.
• Ability to audit time data and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure time and attendance processes comply with U.S. state/local labor laws.
• Maintain awareness of rules on working hours, overtime, rest periods, and holidays.
• Collaborate with Payroll/HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes from compliant time data.
• Support audits and maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and verify employee time and attendance records.
