Payroll Leader and operates on a hybrid schedule. Qualifications include 3+ years in U.S. time & attendance, ADP Workforce Manager experience, and a background in accounting or HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure time and attendance processes comply with U.S. state and local labor laws.
• Maintain awareness of country-specific rules on working hours, overtime, holidays.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes from time data.
• Support audits and ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee time and attendance records and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter data into time and attendance system and review for accuracy.
