Job summary

GitGuardian is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in New York for a hybrid role (3 days in our WeWork office at 450 Park Ave S). You will be the first TA team member based in the US, building pipelines and employer branding while collaborating closely with Paris-sourced teams.

You’ll leverage an AI-first recruiting stack to optimize sourcing, candidate experience, and decision speed. Travel quarterly to Paris and regular collaboration with US stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating a relevant pipeline of candidates for GTM roles in the US.
• Expertise closing candidates in a competitive tech market (speed, candidate experience, negotiation).
• Ability to influence and drive relationships with stakeholders as a partner.
• Being autonomous and comfortable working asynchronously with a manager and team six hours ahead.

Responsibilities

• Building strong candidate pipelines and talent pools for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Presales, and occasional operations, HR, finance).
• Partnering with US stakeholders to support hiring processes and accelerate decisions.
• Providing a white‑glove candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.
• Growing GitGuardian’s employer brand in the US.
