- Proven record of end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end US hiring and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
- Collaborate with US COO, Global Head of Talent, and People team on priorities.
- Lead sourcing strategy from advertising to outreach and manage recruiter agency relationships.
