Trustpair is seeking an experienced freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist based in New York to support our U.S. growth.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based roles, partnering with hiring managers and with our Paris teams, focusing on commercial and customer-facing positions in the Revenue function. You’ll define searches, build pipelines, assess candidates, and guide offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles.
• Experience recruiting commercial and customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. talent market, including New York.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Structured, proactive approach to managing concurrent searches.
• Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication.
• Based in the New York metro area.

Responsibilities

• Own U.S. hiring from kickoff to close: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and interview plans.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, and other U.S. functions.
• Run structured candidate assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience with timely updates.
• Support offers and candidate closing within approved budgets.
• Keep ATS records accurate and provide regular pipeline and sourcing updates.
• Improve recruiting practices using AI while applying sound judgment.
