Provectus is hiring a Recruiter to scale our Forward Deployed Engineer/Executive, Product, and GTM teams from our New York operations. You will own the US talent community, run five strong searches at a time, and build partner relationships with hiring managers.

You’ll source proactively, map markets in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences, and influence hiring strategy with market data. Candidates should be ready to lead community-building efforts with marketing support.

Formación

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally technical, fast-moving, or consulting-shaped.
• Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders.
• Direct sourcing as a real skill; build market maps and outreach that senior engineers respond to.
• Experience using AI in your workflow and willingness to adapt.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle hiring across the US for FDE/FDX, product, and GTM teams.
• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide market data for calibration.
• Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US.
