Job summary

Milltown Partners is seeking an expert recruiter to lead US hiring across New York, San Francisco, and expansion into DC. You will own end-to-end delivery, partner with the Global Head of Talent, and build a high-caliber talent engine for a rapidly growing advisory firm.

You’ll leverage AI tools to enhance recruitment, manage a world-class candidate experience, and lead collaboration with US leaders to align priorities and improve sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruitment within communications/PR/public affairs or related professional services.
• Strong end-to-end process ownership in fast-paced environments with multiple live roles.
• Confident stakeholder manager with credibility at senior levels.
• Solid understanding of US communications/public affairs talent market.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Lever advantageous).
• Experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in recruiting contexts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end US hiring with emphasis on candidate experience and delivery.
• Collaborate with US COO, Global Head of Talent, and People team to align on priorities.
• Manage US Talent Acquisition Manager to optimize live briefs and long-term strategies.
• Lead candidate experience from first contact through close and onboarding.
• Run kickoff sessions, align profile and process for each role, and prepare interview teams.
