Group GTI in New York is seeking a permanent full-time Recruiter within Recruiting Solutions. This hybrid role involves delivering an excellent candidate experience for an international client base, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders both remotely and on-site.

You will coordinate assessments, run workshops, monitor pipelines, and provide timely updates to candidates and the client, contributing to a collaborative team focused on success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing environment is essential.
• Knowledge of the early careers market is advantageous but not essential.
• Candidate-first and service-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a quality candidate pipeline with diverse candidates to meet hiring targets.
• Deliver workshops or training on the assessment process for business areas.
• Monitor applications and process candidates in line with SLAs.
• Provide high level client service both virtually and on-site.
• Coordinate and facilitate assessment events and provide timely updates to clients and candidates.
• Maintain regular candidate status updates and ensure timely responses.
