Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global TA team. This role supports multiple functions from NYC to the greater NYC metro area with hybrid in-office and remote work flexibility.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with business leaders, and drive data-driven hiring strategies. The position requires 5+ years of experience and hands-on ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter usage in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience in agency or in-house
• Proactive sourcing to build strong candidate pipelines
• Experience using data insights to improve recruiting processes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a large matrix organization with multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from kickoff to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and drive consistent assessment
• Drive process improvements to enhance candidate, recruiter, and manager experience
• Advise HR and business leaders using market and talent insights
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent and build pipelines
• Develop targeted attraction strategies leveraging employer brand assets
