Job summary

GitGuardian seeks its first Talent Acquisition professional based in the United States to elevate US hiring. You will build a stronger local talent pool and expand GitGuardian's employer brand from New York across the US.

You will partner with US stakeholders, influence hiring decisions, and drive GTM recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Presales, and related functions. An AI-first recruiting stack supports day-to-day work, with quarterly trips to Paris.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record of generating a relevant candidate pipeline in the US GTM space.
• Expertise in closing candidates in a competitive tech market with speed and candidate experience.
• Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong candidate pipelines and talent pools for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Presales, and related ops).
• Partner with US stakeholders and challenge them to enable fast, quality hiring decisions.
• Provide a white-glove candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding in the US.
• Spend time with the Paris team quarterly and align with the CEO and leadership.
