Aviy is seeking a customer support specialist to cover US business hours, remotely. The role involves email and chat support, troubleshooting payments and documents, and answering questions on US tax, currency, and payment methods. You will also build help content and coordinate handovers with teams across time zones.

We value a couple of years of software product support, strong written English, and reliable, consistent scheduling. This is a fully remote US role.

Qualifications

• A couple of years in customer support, preferably for a software product, with excellent written English and solid troubleshooting ability.
