Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager for a US remote role. You will drive cross-functional initiatives impacting Mobile and Fixed Video and APX missions, partnering with CSAs to resolve escalations and deliver dashboards for leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years in PM/ops within large enterprises, strong BI and CRM tool experience, and up to 25% travel. Competitive base salary is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/CSM/Six Sigma preferred.
• 3–5 years of PM or cross-functional operations experience.
• Experience supporting public safety or enterprise security ops.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Support APX CSAs and resolve complex billing, invoicing and service‑delivery issues.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce, etc.
• Establish cadence for weekly executive status updates and risk reviews.
• Facilitate ecosystem deployment improvements in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Plan, track and execute GTM rollouts with key stakeholders.
• Analyze workflows to design scalable internal processes.
