Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager for a US Remote role. You will drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX missions, building dashboards and coordinating GTM deployments while partnering with CSAs to resolve escalations.

You will support executive communications, streamline workflows, and scale internal processes to enable enterprise growth. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of PM/ops experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management or business operations within a large enterprise.
• Hands-on experience supporting customer-facing teams or managing operational escalations (invoicing, billing, order tracking).
• Direct exposure to mobile video, fixed video, or mission-critical communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Support APX CSAs and operational escalations to streamline processes.
• Build operational dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Jira or Salesforce.
• Manage stakeholder communications with structured weekly status updates and executive summaries.
• Facilitate ecosystem deployment improvements and orchestrate GTM rollouts.
• Scale internal processes to support enterprise growth.
