Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager for a US Remote role, focusing on cross-functional execution across Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX ecosystems. You will bridge strategy and delivery, drive GTM rollouts, and streamline internal workflows while partnering with APX CSAs to resolve escalations.

You will build executive dashboards, track performance, and deliver weekly status updates to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Active PMP or equivalent certification (CSM or Six Sigma acceptable) and a degree.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams or managing operational escalations (invoicing, billing, order tracking).
• Must be able to work in the U.S. and travel up to 25%.
• Experience in public safety, enterprise security ops, or related environments is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Partner with APX CSAs to streamline customer-facing processes and resolve escalations.
• Design and maintain operational dashboards using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce to track project health and metrics.
• Provide weekly leadership updates including risk assessments and executive summaries.
• Plan GTM rollouts and ensure prerequisites for product/feature launches are met.
• Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and deploy scalable internal processes.
