Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, and Sales for video deployments. This role bridges strategy and execution and supports GTM rollouts.

You will build executive dashboards, coordinate weekly updates, and resolve escalations with APX CSAs. Requires 3–5 years PM/ops experience; PMP/CSM/Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, business operations, or a similar cross-functional execution role within a large enterprise or complex tech/hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead the end-to-end project management of critical Business Operations initiatives, acting as the central hub connecting Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
