Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager (US Remote) to drive critical cross-functional initiatives impacting Mobile/Fixed Video and APX programs. You will bridge strategy and execution, streamline implementations, and orchestrate GTM rollouts while partnering with CSAs to resolve escalations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project management within large tech/hardware environments, strong BI and dashboard skills, and a proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in project management or cross-functional roles in large enterprises.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams or escalations.
• Knowledge of mobile/video/mission-critical systems helpful.
• Ability to build operational dashboards and dashboards in BI tools.
• Excellent data-driven decision making and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Resolve operational friction points with CSAs and escalations.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau/Jira/Salesforce.
• Communicate weekly status updates and executive summaries.
• Drive GTM rollouts and scalable internal processes.
