Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to execute high-impact cross-functional initiatives for Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX mission-critical customers. You will bridge strategy and execution, streamline deployments, and coordinate GTM rollouts with leadership visibility.

You’ll partner with APX CSAs to resolve billing, service tracking, and escalation issues, while designing scalable internal processes and dynamic dashboards for ongoing program health.

Formación

• High School diploma, Bachelor's degree, plus PMP/CSM or Six Sigma certification.
• 3–5 years in project management, business operations, or cross-functional role.
• Experience supporting public safety or enterprise security ops is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Partner with APX CSAs to streamline customer-facing processes and resolve escalations.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce, etc.
• Deliver weekly leadership status updates and risk assessments.
• Drive GTM rollout planning and scalable internal process improvements.
