Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional programs across Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX ecosystems. You’ll orchestrate GTM rollouts, resolve escalations, and deliver dashboards and weekly updates to leadership from a remote US base.

You’ll collaborate with Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to streamline workflows, track performance, and scale internal processes for growth while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/CSM/Six Sigma preferred.
• 3–5 years in project management, business operations, or cross-functional roles.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams and escalations.
• Familiarity with BI/CRM tools and dashboards.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Departments.
• Partner with APX CSAs to resolve escalations and billing issues.
• Build operational dashboards using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce.
• Deliver weekly status updates and executive summaries.
• Plan GTM rollouts and scale internal processes for growth.
• Communicate project health and risk assessments regularly.
