Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX operations. You will bridge strategy and execution, streamline deployments, and lead GTM rollouts while partnering with APX CSAs to resolve escalations.

You will design dashboards, track metrics, and provide weekly leadership updates, with an emphasis on scalable internal processes and strong collaboration. Remote-friendly with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of project management or cross-functional experience.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams or managing operational escalations (invoicing, billing, order tracking).
• Direct exposure to mobile video, fixed video surveillance, or mission-critical communications (APX P25 radios).
• Experience building operational dashboards with BI tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to track GTM rollouts and provide regular executive status updates.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives connecting Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Collaborate with APX CSAs to streamline customer-facing processes and resolve escalations.
• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau, Jira, or Salesforce to monitor project health.
• Establish cadence for weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries.
• Drive continuous improvement for mobile and fixed video deployments in partnership with delivery teams.
• Plan, track, and execute GTM strategies with cross-functional leaders.
• Analyze workflows to remove bottlenecks and implement scalable internal processes.
