Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager for a remote-first US role. You will drive cross-functional initiatives impacting Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX missions-critical communications, bridging strategy and execution, and delivering weekly leadership updates.

You will partner with APX CSAs to resolve escalations, build operational dashboards, and orchestrate GTM rollouts while scaling internal processes for enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management or cross-functional experience.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams or escalation management.
• Domain knowledge in mobile/video or mission-critical communications.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management, BI tools, and CRM software.
• Track record of GTM rollouts and executive status reporting.
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder reporting.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Partner with APX CSAs to resolve operational friction and escalations.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce to track project health.
• Publish structured weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries.
• Drive GTM rollout planning and execution with cross-functional leaders.
• Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and design scalable processes.
