Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives impacting Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX missions. You will bridge strategy and execution, orchestrate GTM rollouts, and build scalable internal workflows.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM/ops experience, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on dashboard-building using BI/PM tools. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management, business operations, or a similar cross-functional execution role within a large enterprise or complex tech/hardware environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting customer-facing teams or managing operational escalations (invoicing, billing resolution, order tracking).
• Experience delivering GTM rollouts and regular executive status communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Design, construct, and maintain dynamic dashboards to track project health and ecosystem metrics using Tableau, Jira or Salesforce.
• Manage structured weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in mobile/fixed video and APX deployments in partnership with delivery teams.
