Job summary

Bayer in the United States is seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate resources, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive readiness for NDC-12 while ensuring compliant service delivery.

Key focus includes process improvements, contract controls, and escalation handling with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in pharma or healthcare customer operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with serialized/specialty/3PL models.
• Strong SAP/ERP and data interface knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions and Bayer's readiness approach for NDC-12.
