Bayer is seeking a seasoned Operations Lead in the United States to manage daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensure compliant processes, and drive readiness for NDC-12 across data, systems, and pricing.

You will work with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and Sales to align requirements and improve end-to-end supply chain operations, delivering reliable service and strong customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s with relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, data master, EDI/API interfaces, serialization.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and 3PL‑supported/specialty models.

Mansioni

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup and billing.
• Coordinate third-party operations and act as escalation point for issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches/new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP interfaces, pricing, and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.
