Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash, ensuring efficient, compliant processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolios. You will coordinate data, systems, and government pricing programs, working with cross-functional partners to optimize supply and customer service.

You will lead NDC-12 readiness initiatives, manage master data, SAP interfaces, and serialization efforts while aligning with IT, Finance, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related with 5+ years experience or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash collection.
• Manage third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches/new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with PMO for risks, decisions, and readiness.
• Monitor Bayer’s readiness in external industry discussions on NDC-12.
