Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes, and ensure compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, and programs, interacting with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and commercial teams to implement best practices and ensure supply reliability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Bachelor's with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations and supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized/specialty supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party ops.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to develop tailored solutions for customers; build strong relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation paths to PMO.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 and external expectations.
