Bayer is seeking a operations leader in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage master data and system interfaces, and drive compliant process improvements while ensuring reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities include NDC-12 readiness, contracts and audits, and collaboration with IT, Finance, Regulatory and commercial partners to optimize customer experience and ensure quality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized/specialty supply models.
• Strong SAP/ERP, data and interface knowledge; ability to bridge business and IT requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including order processing and cash collection.
• Drive process improvements, launches, and contract/audit readiness.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, SAP, serialization and pricing.
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with transparent PMO updates.
• Maintain Bayer readiness by following industry discussions on NDC-12.
