Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, traceability, pricing and government programs, while aligning with IT, Master Data and Regulatory teams to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in a relevant field or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities incl. account setup, billing, cash collection and service levels.
• Drive compliant process improvements, launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and customer engagement strategies.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing.
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, readiness metrics and PMO reporting.
