Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations-focused leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, or contract-controlled supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions, translating regulatory, data and system requirements into action.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored customer solutions; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and controls with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; manage risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths for PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 and ensure Bayer’s readiness approach reflects external expectations.
