Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned operations leader in the US market to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability, and government pricing programs, while driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple US sites.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in a relevant field and 5+ years of pharma operations experience, with strong SAP/ERP and data master capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a related field or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience with regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and serialization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities and manage third-party ops escalation.
• Drive compliant process improvements and prepare readiness actions for new launches.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across data, SAP, and interfaces.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, track risks, and provide updates to PMO.
• Maintain Bayer readiness with evolving external expectations and best practices.
