Job summary

Bayer is seeking a operations-focused leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, pricing and government programs while ensuring compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires experience in pharmaceutical operations, SAP/ERP, master data and cross-functional collaboration across IT, regulatory and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years in pharma or healthcare operations.
• Experience with serialized, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL or contract-controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing.
