Job summary

Bayer is seeking a results-driven operations leader in the US Pharma market to manage daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty portfolios. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliant service delivery, and drive readiness for NDC-12 initiatives across data, systems, pricing and government programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty and 3PL models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive process improvements, launches, and readiness for new business/supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, SAP, interfaces, pricing and programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and legal partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, decisions, and readiness metrics for PMO updates.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 and external expectations.
