Job summary

• Must have multi-disciplinary customer solutions experience in pharma.
• Experience with regulated pharma environments and serialization is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and master data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup and billing.
• Coordinate with logistics and cross-functional partners to tailor solutions.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business models.
• Engage with IT, QA, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead risk, dependency, and readiness reporting to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation.
• Escalate operational, customer, supply, and billing issues as needed.
