Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash workflows for Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolios. You will coordinate data, systems, and pricing readiness, ensuring compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma operations, strong SAP/ERP knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive continuous improvements and readiness for regulatory programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in a related role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations, supply chain, and master data.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty, or 3PL models.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, data master data and interfaces, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements; support launches and new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide updates to PMO.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness in line with industry discussions on NDC-12.
