Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior operations professional in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery. You will coordinate with data, systems, and pricing workstreams and work across IT, regulatory, and commercial teams to optimize processes.

The role requires a Master’s or equivalent experience in a related field, 5+ years in pharma operations, and strong SAP/ERP and data mastery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization, inventory, and partner operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical actions; strong cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash collection.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to develop tailored solutions.
• Lead NDC-12 readiness and assess impact across master data, systems, pricing, and government programs.
• Maintain project risks, dependencies, readiness metrics, and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Ensure compliance and readiness through engagement with IT, Regulatory, Quality, and external partners.
