Job summary

Primis is seeking a dynamic leader to run the US outbound SDR team. You will craft the outbound motion, sharpen messaging, and ensure top prospection conversations with target accounts. You’ll collaborate with Account Developers, Client Partnerships, and Marketing to grow pipeline and brand presence.

You will coach SDRs, define qualification criteria, and drive KPIs while maintaining a high standard for outreach quality in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Leads or coaches SDR/BDR/inside sales teams in B2B or professional services.
• Experience building outbound strategy, pitch frameworks and qualification criteria.
• Ability to motivate early career sales talent and partner with sales/marketing.
• Strong CRM and sales-engagement tooling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs.
• Own outbound campaigns across US sectors and deliver qualified meetings.
• Set and track KPIs across activity, connect rates, and meetings.
• Build outreach sequences, call frameworks, value propositions, and objections.
• Keep CRM data clean and reporting useful (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Direct the team toward priority industries, strategic accounts, and C-suite buyers.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of the SDR bench.
