Job summary

Shift Group, presenting on behalf of a high-growth enterprise AI partner, seeks a Manager of Sales Development to lead the SDR function across the US and EMEA. You will build the outbound playbook, hire and coach the team, and personally prospect while guiding the team to meet pipeline targets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven SDR manager experience.
• Experience scaling SDR teams in high-growth SaaS.
• Willingness to prospect and test outbound plays.
• Experience spanning US and EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

• Build the Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop the first cohort of SDRs, mapping their growth paths.
• Architect the Playbook: Design the messaging, sequences, and territory segmentation standards.
• Lead from the Front: Carry your own prospecting quota, source and book meetings while leading the team.
• Global Execution: Build a cohesive outbound motion across US and EMEA markets.
• Drive Strategy: Own pipeline targets with the CRO and provide go-to-market feedback to Product teams.
