Job summary

LINAK US is seeking a Sales Manager to grow US sales and strengthen relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business within an assigned territory. You will plan the annual sales budget, meet budgeted goals, and maintain direct engagement with key customers.

Travel to the USA and abroad is required to drive market growth and promote LINAK solutions. The role prioritizes engineering/tech effectiveness, OEM exposure, and strong communication skills to represent LINAK across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of comparable sales experience.
Experience selling to OEMs and/or application engineering with OEMs.
Strong emphasis on engineering and design.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and grow existing customers while establishing new ones in the territory.
Meet budgeted sales goals and plan the fiscal year sales budget.
Maintain face-to-face interaction with key customers.
Attend/tradeshows to promote LINAK products.
Track customers and industry trends affecting market growth.
