Job summary

LINAK US is seeking a Sales Manager to grow LINAK sales in the US while nurturing existing customer relationships. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, meeting budgeted sales goals, and maintaining high engagement with key clients in the furniture, medical, and techline sectors.

The candidate should have 5+ years of B2B sales experience with OEMs, a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, and proficient use of CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of comparable sales experience, with some experience in furniture/medical/techline industries preferred.
• Experience selling to OEMs and/or application engineering experience with OEMs is necessary.
• Strong engineering and design emphasis is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing customers while establishing new ones within an agreed territory/SBU.
• Plan and manage the fiscal year sales budget and target the predefined customer list.
• Attend and/or participate in tradeshows to promote LINAK products.
• Travel to USA and abroad as needed (12–15 weeks per year).
• Track key customers and industry trends to guide market growth.
