Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a high-impact BD Director for USG Markets to drive growth with US Government prime contractors.

You will own end-to-end deal management, identify opportunities, and build strategic plans to close complex enterprise transactions across multiple stakeholders. Travel to represent Apex at industry events, provide market feedback for product roadmap, and contribute to pricing strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales within US Government space markets.
• Experience closing enterprise transactions with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and execute account and deal strategies.
• Deep understanding of the satellite market landscape, including funding processes and prime/subcontractor dynamics.
• U.S. Person status required for export-controlled data access.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in US Government markets.
• Own end-to-end deal execution from lead identification to contract signature.
• Develop account strategies and win plans for pursuits.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate CRM forecasting.
• Travel to industry events and customer meetings to build relationships.
